Parent or Guardian Dashboard

Read-only access to approved information for linked students
Course status, published grades, assignment completion, and teacher feedback
Pathway progress, milestone reviews, and school announcements
No access to unpublished grades, internal staff notes, or other students

Teacher Dashboard

Open the assigned course and submission queue.
Review the student response or uploaded project.
Apply the rubric and enter points or a percentage.
Add feedback and save a private draft while reviewing.
Publish the approved grade so the student and authorized parent can view it.

Administrator Dashboard

Admissions review and enrollment
Grade level, pathway, and course assignment
Student, parent, teacher, and administrator roles
Schedules, announcements, records, reports, and graduation reviews
Attendance, mastery, credits, portfolios, and pathway milestones

Privacy and Readiness

Real student records must not be entered until enrollment, privacy, role permissions, and retention policies are approved.
Official credits and early graduation require jurisdiction-specific requirements, verified mastery, transcript review, and administrator approval.
External instructional videos must be reviewed for age suitability, accuracy, accessibility, and clear learning objectives before publication.
